1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the 477bit platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device, or any other means of access — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the 477bit platform without exception, including visitors who browse without a registered account.

477bit operates as an internationally licensed offshore online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 477bit holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure described herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts as determined by 477bit's licensing jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 477bit. Where any conflict exists between these Terms & Conditions and any other document published on the platform, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

477bit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you continue to use the platform after any changes have been published, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised terms in full.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 477bit platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 477bit operates a strict 18+ policy. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited on this platform without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
• You are not a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking legal responsibility for your own actions.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 477bit or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 477bit, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

477bit reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Where age verification cannot be completed to 477bit's satisfaction, the account in question will be suspended and any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is successfully concluded. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

477bit employs industry-standard age verification procedures at the point of registration and reserves the right to conduct additional checks at any stage of the player relationship. We take our obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously, and any attempt to circumvent these controls — including by providing false personal information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services available on the 477bit platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 477bit platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether through shared personal details, shared payment methods, shared device identifiers, or shared IP addresses — 477bit reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close the additional accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings accrued through them.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 477bit account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated tool or script to access the platform. 477bit will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 477bit support immediately. 477bit will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation. All activity carried out through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be treated as authorised by you unless you can demonstrate otherwise to 477bit's reasonable satisfaction.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

477bit operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its obligations under its operating licence. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any other time that 477bit deems appropriate:

• Government-issued photo identity document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account matching the registered phone number, or a copy of the relevant bank card)

Failure to provide the requested documents within a reasonable time — typically 14 calendar days of the request — may result in withdrawal delays, account suspension, or account closure at 477bit's discretion. KYC documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is stored securely using SSL-encrypted systems.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 477bit account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that KYC verification has been completed. Bonus balances that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. 477bit reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where continued operation of the account would be contrary to 477bit's legal obligations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

477bit supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions — the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your gaming balance, and the amount you withdraw is processed in full in BDT.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

477bit currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. 477bit reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount on 477bit is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. 4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Deposits made via bank transfer may take between one and three business days to be credited, depending on the processing times of the issuing bank. 477bit is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. 4.4 Withdrawal Processing

477bit aims to process withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts within the same business day, subject to standard security checks. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in line with anti-money laundering best practice. 477bit reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that exhibit unusual patterns. Withdrawals cannot be made to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

477bit is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity. All player transactions are monitored. Where suspicious activity is identified, 477bit reserves the right to freeze the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. Players are required to provide a legitimate source-of-funds declaration upon request. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing them without meaningful gaming activity is considered suspicious and may trigger a review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

477bit offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on 477bit are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. A wagering requirement specifies the total amount of real-money bets you must place before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳20,000 in eligible bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each promotion is stated in the corresponding promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who have a fully registered 477bit account and have met any additional eligibility criteria specified in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. 477bit reserves the right to withdraw or withhold a bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus is being claimed in bad faith, through collusion, or in breach of these terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that remain unused or have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. The expiry timeline for each promotion is stated in its specific terms. 477bit is not obligated to provide advance warning of bonus expiry — it remains your responsibility to track the validity period of any bonus credited to your account.

5.4 Promotional Integrity

477bit reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after bonuses have been awarded, players who have already received the bonus will be permitted to continue under the original terms unless the cancellation is the result of a technical error or abuse. 477bit's decision regarding the interpretation and application of bonus terms is final and binding.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 477bit platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 477bit and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the 477bit platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to 477bit support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing hole-card information in live poker or live dealer games, or entering into any arrangement designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful purpose.
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gameplay.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the 477bit platform, its software, or its content.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 477bit staff or other players through any communication channel.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 477bit reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: immediately suspend or permanently close the offending account; void all bets and game outcomes associated with the prohibited conduct; withhold or forfeit any real-money balance, bonus balance, or pending winnings; and refer the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected. 477bit's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final, subject only to the formal complaints procedure described in these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 477bit platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game artwork, software, databases, and compilations — is the property of 477bit or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership right or licence in respect of any 477bit intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

The 477bit name, logo, and associated brand elements are proprietary trademarks of the platform. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any 477bit trademark or brand asset without the prior written consent of 477bit. This prohibition extends to all forms of digital and physical reproduction, including social media use, screenshots used in a commercial context, and third-party promotional material.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to 477bit for display on the platform. Your use of these games through the 477bit platform does not grant you any rights over the underlying game software or content.

8. Limitation of Liability

477bit provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, and events outside of 477bit's reasonable control may periodically affect platform availability.

8.1 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 477bit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, and any other intangible losses, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or any other legal theory — even if 477bit has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

8.2 Maximum Aggregate Liability

In any circumstances where 477bit is found liable to you under these Terms & Conditions, the maximum aggregate liability of 477bit to you shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to the platform in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply to liability arising from 477bit's own fraud or wilful misconduct.

8.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 477bit reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players concerned. 477bit will not be liable for any winnings that would have been due had the error not occurred. Where a system error results in an incorrect display of odds, prices, or game outcomes, 477bit reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected results.

8.4 Third-Party Services
